Landmark is a civil engineering and land surveying company located in Magee, Mississippi. We are the only Civil Engineering Firm in Simpson County, Mississippi. We work for individuals, developers, construction companies, banks, real estate agents, attorneys, municipalities, other engineering firms, etc. and our client base covers the entire state. We provide quality engineering services to our clients that include, but are not limited to, site layout and grading design, drainage design, water and sewer design, subdivision design, and roadway design. In addition, we provide all types of surveys – boundary, lot, subdivision, topographic, ALTA, flood elevation, and more – all over the state of Mississippi. Our firm has three survey crews fully equipped with total stations, handheld data collectors, survey grade GPS systems, laptop computers, all-terrain vehicles, and other tools necessary to complete a surveying project. Another specialty we provide is construction staking, which includes small commercial sites up to heavy highway construction, including bridge superstructures. Along with our construction staking, we assist our clients in addressing design flaws to move the various projects forward in a timely manner.
